Dates
Day-Month-Year: Better suited for referencing now or any time give or take about a month. Year-Month-Day: Best for referencing outside the current year. History, archives, five-year business plans, etc. Month-Day-Year: I have no idea what this is good for.
There are clear benefits to the first two date reference methods so what do we do? Use both? Maybe some culture has already answered this...
